Position: Ph.D. Student, 2024-2028, (Electrical Engineering)
Ehsan Sobhani is a Ph.D student with a strong focus on integrating renewable energy into power grids and advancing smart grid technologies. He specializes in leveraging machine learning, graph optimization, and generative modelling to enhance power grid design, distribution, and stability. Currently, Ehsan is pursuing research on power distribution grid partitioning, distributed energy storage and transit system electrification, aiming to drive sustainable and efficient energy solutions.
Research Interests:
His research interests include Renewable Energy Integration, Distributed Energy Storage Systems, Optimization techniques for enhancing grid efficiency and reliability., and Probabilistic Modeling of Power distribution Uncertainties.
