Hadi Khani, Ph.D., specializes mainly in power system operation, optimization, economics, and planning. He has research experience in diverse areas of power and energy systems, including competitive electricity markets, predictive analysis, forecasting, scheduling, and planning. The results of his work have been published in several peer-reviewed journal and refereed conference proceeding papers. He is mainly involved in development and implementation of algorithms for optimal scheduling of energy storage devices in the framework of competitive electricity markets.
